Orders and payments
Sign in or create an account before checkout. Adding items to your bag does not place a paid order. Payments are processed through Razorpay; payment confirmation and your order reference appear after the payment is verified.

MRPs follow the supplied Arusuvai product list. The physical pack is the reference for current ingredients, allergens, nutritional information and storage details.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, requests are reviewed under our returns and refunds process. Contact customer support promptly with your order reference.
Delivery and support
The minimum product subtotal is ₹200. Delivery costs ₹50; orders with a product subtotal of ₹1,000 or more qualify for free delivery. Contact our team with your order reference for delivery, cancellation or refund assistance. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
