Refund timing
Approved refunds are expected within 5–7 working days after approval. Contact our team if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, defective or expired. Include your order reference, photographs and a description of the issue. The team will review your request and explain the available resolution. A request does not itself confirm a refund. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
