First-party session cookies keep your bag, account login and saved items connected to your browser. Login cookies are HttpOnly and Secure on HTTPS. Customer sessions last up to 30 days. Admin access requires a password and email verification and ends when the admin page is closed or refreshed. Signing out ends the account session.
Information you provide
We store account contact details, delivery addresses, enquiries and order information to provide the services you request. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable passwords. Only authorised staff can access administration records.
Payments, delivery and email
Razorpay processes payments. Brevo delivers verification and order emails. Shiprocket receives the order and delivery details needed for shipping. Our website backend does not store your payment-card details or UPI credentials.
Optional tracking
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and page usage to help us improve the website. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies. Declining does not affect shopping or sign-in. Advertising storage and Google advertising personalisation remain disabled. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Clearing website storage resets this choice.
